• Can I change my order?
  You cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you really want to change your order then you will have to cancel it first and place a new order. Cancellation of an order is possible only before order goes to production. • Can I customize a pre-existing designed product of marketplace?
  pringOO.com has this unique feature using which you can customize existing designs by adding text to designs of the marketplace. You can just add your text to the marketplace designs only if the owner of designs allows doing that. Therefore, you can't add text to all designs of marketplace but most of the designs can be customized.
• How long does an order takes to process?
  At pringOO, we process all orders and ship them within 2 working days. Sometime for any reason, beyond our control may delay it. However we will inform the customer when we come across such circumstances to minimize his/her inconvenience. Please remember cutoff time for any order to be considered in that day itself is 4PM. Any order placed after cutoff time will be considered for next business day.
• Is there any satisfaction guarantee?
  We guarantee our customers that our products will deliver complete satisfaction. If in any case, our product fails to meet the expectations of our customers then product can be returned to pringOO with complete refund within 2 days (pringOO will not bear the postal expenses occurred for returning the product) from product delivery date.
• Is there any discount on bulk order?

Please remember, if you believe that your credit card information will be stolen then you must know that in that case the merchandise who has processed your card will be reponsible to pay money back to you (pheewww...   Yes. If you want to set-up your own online shop then you can do it at pringOO. As we offer a FREE dedicated online shop to designer.
• Can I display my products without setting up my own shop?
  Yes. If you do not want to set-up your shop but want to display your product at pringOO marketplace, you can do it.
• How much commission do I get by selling my product?
  We give you power to set your commission up to 15 percent of base price. Therefore, power in your hand to decide your worth.
• How much do I have to pay for setting up my shop?
  Absolutely free. Setting up of a separate shop with unlimited storage at www.pringOO.com comes totally FREE.
• Why tagging is important?
  All designs to be published online at www.pringOO.com have to be tagged with relevant words, so end users can search those designs by just typing in pringOO search box. Tagging also provides possibility of more exposure of your designs to the buyers, as a result more sales of your products.
• Do I have to abide by any rules for setting up my shop and publishing my products?
  Yes. You have to abide by User Agreement for publishing/setting-up a shop.
• How frequently do I get my commission?
  pringOO sends checks 15th of every month to all designers who have earned minimum amount of Rs. 200. If earned amount is less than Rs. 200 then balance will be carried forward for next month. All commissions are paid in form of account payee cheques.
• What is the limit of my earning at pringOO.com?
  There is no limit of your earning. It is up to you how much time your want to devote, how much creativity you have and most important, how well do you understand your customers. pringOO gives you flexibility for selling your products as a fulltime business to just for extra bucks for your movie tickets.

  You can design products at pringOO by using our one of a kind design studio. pringOO design studio is user friendly and gives you the freedom to design a product of your choice.
• What are Image requirement?
  300 dpi is the minimum resolution of any image. We accept images in JPEG, PNG, and GIF format. Our system won't accept if uploaded image won't fulfill specified criteria.
• Who can create a product, what kind of skills required?
  Creating products at www.pringOO.com is no rocket science. Any one who can operate computer and is able to surf the internet will find it very easy to create products online using pringOO design studio.
• How long does it take to make one product?
  Creating a product at pringOO hardly takes any time as pringOO dsign studio makes it very simple for the user to upload, customize and edit design online.

Shipping and Return

• What are the shipping methods?
  You can receive your order by any of following two methods:
  • First flight Courier - for expedite shipping, depending upon quantity and product shipping charge varies.
  • Fedex Courier - for International expedite shipping, depending upon country, quantity and product shipping charge varies.

  First flight (in India): This shipping method uses expedite shipping offered by one of India's reliable courier company i.e. First flight. It normally takes 2-4 business days for delivery, depending upon distance from Pune.
  
  Fedex (outside India): This shipping method also uses expedite shipping offered by World's logistic leader, FedEx. It normally takes 5-10 business days for delivery internationally.
  
  
• How shipping cost can be waived?
  At pringOO, one does not have to pay any extra shipping charges if the mode of delivery selected by the customer is Indian registered post. One has to pay extra for shipping only if Express Courier service is opted as a mode of delivery.
• What is your return and exchange policy?
  The customers can avail full refund on the products purchased by returning the product within 2 calendar days of the delivery. Customer will have to bear the shipping charges incurred for returning the product.
