Arpana has a rich marketing background. Prior to founding Pringoo.com, she has worked with various eCommerce and permission marketing start-ups in the United States. She believes that the growing Indian economy offers huge opportunity to e-commerce businesses. Out of the various media available, 'print-on-demand' business comes very naturally to her, as textile and new printing technologies drive her passion.
At pringOO, Arpana is responsible for setting up the strategies and their execution for overall business and marketing.

Entrepreneurship is second nature to Jai. He sees tremendous opportunities for Internet enabled business in India that motivated him to return to India and start pringOO.com. Prior to founding Pringoo.com, Jai has worked with various web-service based companies at senior positions. He has also founded two other start-ups in USA.
At pringOO, Jai takes care of technology division and effective streamlining of the operational side of the business.
Jai holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Jamshedpur and MS degree in computer science from ODU, Virginia, USA.

Atul has 10 years of work experience across various industries such as Banking, Management Consulting, and Information Technology. He has worked internationally as part of diverse multi-cultural teams in MNCs in various geographies such as India, UK, South Africa and Singapore. Atul is a visiting faculty at leading management and engineering institutes in Pune.

He has built and led Consulting and Professional Services teams in start-up and high growth companies. He has also worked with India's leading bank in Finance and Treasury related roles.
